Play an orderly in a Madhouse. Care for your patients, influence their behavior, unlock new floors and manage growing challenges in Madhouse.

On your first day in Madhouse you get to know the basic mechanics of the game and the handling of the patients.

The basic mechanics which you need all the time include:

- Filfilling personal and general needs of the patients.
- Managing challenges.
- The different ways to gain resources.
- The crafting and placement of objects with a workbench.

In the course of the game the needs and the connected challenges become more difficult. You have to decide if you are a good orderly and act according to the rules or if you make yourself popular with the patients. Decide wisely because every decision may have consequences in the future.
